About 370 kilometres and roughly three and a half hours of driving before any time at the border is added. This is the fastest international route we offer.
The journey runs on the motorway for almost its entire length, which makes the drive steady and predictable. The usual direction is via the Horgoš / Röszke crossing, which links the Serbian and Hungarian motorways. ROUTE381 selects the practical route according to current conditions — if Horgoš is congested, other crossings towards Hungary are available.
The time given is driving time. Time at the border depends on the day and the season and is not included.

Crossing into Hungary means entering the Schengen area, where checks can take longer than at regional crossings — particularly at weekends, on public holidays and through the summer season. We do not promise a specific time at the border.
